Mr. Puglielli joined H.J. Baker as interim CFO in 2017 and was officially welcomed as CFO in February 2018.

Prior to joining H.J. Baker, Puglielli was CFO of PAS Technologies, where he led the initiatives to significantly improve business processes and, leveraging his lean manufacturing background, to optimize production resulting in major business performance improvements.

Mr. Puglielli also spent 33 years at Pratt & Whitney where he held various positions of increasing responsibility including General Manager, Controller, Finance Manager, Business Unit Controller and Senior Financial Analyst. From 1999-2011 he served as CFO for Pratt & Whitney’s Global Service Partners - Component Repair and as CFO for Pratt & Whitney’s Global Engine Overhaul Centers before to being promoted to General Manager for the company’s East Hartford Connecticut, Aftermarket division.

Mr. Puglielli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Post University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Connecticut.
