Luis Masroua joined H.J. Baker in June 2018 as Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Masroua came to H.J. Baker after nearly two decades in leadership roles with Cargill. While there, he headed several business units including roles as General Manager of Cargill Animal Nutrition in Russia, General Manager of Agribrands Purina in Venezuela and Peru, and Aquaculture Business Development Manager in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. Following his years at Cargill, Masroua founded Signature Tennis and Fitness, a distribution and retail apparel business.
Mr. Masroua holds a MBA from Weatherhead School of Management as well as a Master's of International Management from the Thunderbird American Graduate School.
Mr. Masroua is responsible for leading the H.J. Baker global operations including establishing the strategic direction, ensuring execution of both short- and long-term initiatives.
