Jason Rabalais joined H.J. Baker in June of 2022 to develop and lead numerous strategic human capital initiatives as H.J. Baker headed into a period of growth and transformation.

Rabalais comes to H.J. Baker from Arthur J. Gallagher where he served as an Area Vice President, Human Resources Consulting. Prior to working with Gallagher, Jason spent 10 years with Southwestern Energy as an HR Director. In his final role with Southwestern, he served as Head of Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition and HRIS. Prior to Southwestern, he held leadership positions with Shell, Home Depot and Entergy Corporation.

He brings more than 20 years of human resources experience and worked primarily in the energy industry. In addition, he has a MBA from Texas A&M University and a Masters in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Lamar University. He is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Certified Executive Compensation Professional (CECP).
